Intellectual Property

The Menu Atelier platform — including its design system, workflows, editorial voice, prompt libraries, AI orchestration and generated experience concepts — is the protected intellectual property of Soulful Hospitality / Marta Gal. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your hotel. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, retrain models on, or commercially reproduce any part of the platform or its outputs outside your own hotel's guest communication.

AI Generated Content

Menus, mottos, welcome lines and hospitality concepts generated through the platform are produced by AI models orchestrated by our proprietary prompts and workflows. These generated artefacts remain protected platform content. You may use them freely for the daily guest experience of your own hotel. You may not republish them as a separate product, training dataset, template marketplace, or competing service.

Subscription & Trial

New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, continued access to generation features requires an active subscription. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Pricing and plan details are shown in-app and may evolve with advance notice.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of menu, allergen and pricing information you publish through the platform, and for ensuring that uploaded images, logos and guest-facing copy comply with applicable law and third-party rights. You agree not to use the platform to publish unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

Hospitality Content Usage

Content you publish remains yours. By using the platform you grant us a limited licence to store, process and render that content for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you and your guests (including AI refinement, multilingual adaptation and guest-facing menu pages).

Copyright Protection

Unauthorised duplication, framing, or imitation of the Menu Atelier experience — including its visual language, interaction model, and AI-driven editorial style — is prohibited and may be pursued under applicable copyright, database and unfair-competition law.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulful Hospitality / Marta Gal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, AI-generated suggestions, or third-party integrations. You remain the editor of record for everything you publish to your guests.
