Secure data handling

Your account, menus and uploaded media are stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Connections to the platform are protected end-to-end with TLS. We apply the principle of least privilege internally and review access regularly.

Hotel account information

We store the information you provide to operate your hotel atelier: hotel name, contact email, brand assets, language and seasonal preferences. This data is used only to deliver the service to you.

Uploaded images

Logos, dish photography and background visuals you upload are stored solely to render your guest-facing menus and dashboard. We do not sell, license or repurpose your imagery, and we do not use it to train external models.

Generated guest content

Mottos, welcome lines and menu descriptions generated through the platform are stored alongside your hotel account so you can revise and reuse them. They are presented to your guests through the private menu link you choose to share.

GDPR-friendly wording

We process personal data on the legal basis of contract performance (delivering the platform to you) and your consent where required. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. We retain data only for as long as needed to operate the service or comply with legal obligations.

User account privacy

Each hotel account is isolated. Other hotels cannot read your menus, drafts or uploaded media. Aggregated, fully anonymous usage signals may be used to improve the platform; no individual hotel is identifiable in such analytics.
